NIFT MASTER OF FASHION MANAGEMENT (MFM)

Nift MFM is two year Masters course in Fashion Management is designed
to develop world class professionals in the area of fashion management, marketing, merchandising and retailing to produce future entrepreneurs who are equipped with fashion product technology, analytical and managerial skills and knowledge with right industry connect.

NIFT Master of Fashion Management (MFM) is offered at NIFT Centres in Bengaluru, Bhopal, Chennai, Gandhinagar, Hyderabad, Kannur, Kolkata, Mumbai, New Delhi, Patna, Raebareli, Shillong, Jodhpur and Bhubaneswar with total seats 606  

NIFT MFM Eligibility:

Any candidate who fulfils the prescribed educational qualification criteria for the concerned Master programme can apply.

NIFT MFM Qualifying Age : No age limit

Educational Qualification for NIFT Master Programme in Fashion Management - M.F.M (Master of Fashion Management)
• Undergraduate Degree in any discipline from any Institute / University recognized by law in India.
or
• Undergraduate Diploma of minimum three years duration from NIFT / NID.

NIFT MFM EXAMINATION PROCESS:
All eligible candidates would have to go through an NIFT MFM examination process.
For the NIFT M.F.M programme, the selection process comprises of NIFT MFM Written test comprising of a General Ability Test (GAT) followed by Group Discussion and Personal Interview (GD/PI) for shortlisted candidates of the written examination

The result of the NIFT MFM entrance examination will be displayed on the NIFT website

On the basis of result of GAT candidates will be called for Group Discussion/ Personal Interview.

The candidates applying for the examination should ensure that they fulfill all the NIFT MFM eligibility criteria for admission. Their admission at all the stages of the examination for which they are admitted by NIFT viz. NIFT MFM Written Test, Situation Test, Group Discussion and Interview (as the case may be) will be purely provisional, subject to their satisfying the prescribed eligibility conditions. If on verification at any time before or after the NIFT MFM Written Test, Situation Test, Group Discussion and Interview (as the case may be), it is found that candidate does not fulfill any eligibility criteria, his/her candidature for the examination shall stand cancelled without any notice or further reference. NIFT shall not be liable for any consequences on account of such cancellations. 

A LAN based CBT examination will be conducted at various Centers for the NIFT MFM GAT Examination on 05 February 2023 (Sunday) at 32 cities. 

The candidate may select only ONE city for the examination on 05 February 2023 (Sunday). No request for change in examination center will be entertained at any stage.  

NIFT MFM ADMIT CARDS :
Entry to the Examination Centre will be allowed with NIFT Exam admit cards only.
On the basis of information given in the NIFT Exam Application Forms, Admit Cards of provisionally eligible candidates will be available for download from www.nift.ac.in
or https://nift.ac.in/admission from Third week of January, 2023 onwards.
nift Admit cards will not be sent by post.
Candidates are advised to regularly check NIFT website for updates.
Admit Cards, Results and Counselling Schedule will be available on NIFT’s website only.  No separate communication will be sent by post.

NIFT MFM APPLICATION FEE:  has to be paid through online payment gateway or through Bank Demand Draft issued in favour of “NIFT HO” payable at New Delhi.

Non-Refundable Fee for General/OBC (Non-Creamy)/GEN-EWS Category: Rs.3000/- through payment gateway. 

Non-Refundable Fee for SC/ ST/ PWD Category: Rs.1500/- through payment gateway.
